As a High-Tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, Bonsen Roller has a dedicated R&D team composed of postgraduate researchers and senior engineers, focusing on surfacing (overlay welding) technologies for continuous casting rollers and the innovation of advanced manufacturing processes. The company holds multiple invention and utility model patents.

The company is equipped with a complete range of roller processing machinery, including submerged/visible arc dual-purpose surfacing welding machines, CNC inclined-guide rail machining centers, CNC lathes (CKP6180×3000, CKP6163×3000), conventional lathes, CNC keyway machining equipment, drilling machines, and sawing machines.

It operates six dual-head submerged/visible arc surfacing welding machines with a welding diameter range of Φ80–Φ950 mm and a welding length range of 80–4200 mm, as well as tempering furnaces and flux drying ovens.
